Single-Origin from the Lam Dong Highlands

We source every bean for this Arabica Ground Coffee exclusively from Lam Dong Province. The estates sit at 1,500 to 1,600 meters, the highest commercial coffee elevations in Vietnam. Consequently, the beans develop the dense cellular structure and concentrated sugars that define premium Arabica. Cool mountain temperatures, frequent mist cover, and volcanic basalt soil create conditions remarkably similar to celebrated origins in Ethiopia and Colombia. Moreover, our partner farms employ sustainable cultivation practices, including shade growing and selective hand-harvesting. After picking, the team uses the fully washed method with extended fermentation to develop maximum clarity and brightness. Then, we roast each batch to a medium profile that preserves the bean’s natural character. Finally, we grind the coffee to a consistency optimized for both pour-over and phin filter brewing.

Tasting Profile and Brewing Recommendations

This Arabica Ground Coffee delivers a medium body with vibrant acidity, gentle sweetness, and an exceptionally clean finish. Meanwhile, the cup reveals warm honey sweetness, delicate floral aromatics, and bright citrus notes. For pour-over brewing, use 18g of coffee with 300ml of water at 94°C for a 3 to 4 minute brew. Alternatively, prepare it through a Vietnamese phin filter with 20g of coffee for a smoother, more concentrated cup. Furthermore, this coffee shines best when enjoyed black, allowing its full honey-floral-citrus character to express clearly. Therefore, we recommend trying it without milk or sugar at least once before customizing your preferred preparation.
